Do I need to download an app?+
No. Scanning the QR opens the merchant's storefront in your phone's browser. You can optionally add it to your home screen so it opens like an app next time.
How do I pay?+
Apple Pay, Google Pay, or any major credit/debit card. If the merchant has set you up with an account, you can also pay on account.
What if the item is out of stock?+
You'll only ever see what's physically in that cabinet right now — live stock updates as the driver makes other hand-offs, so an out-of-stock at the door is rare.
How do refunds work?+
Refunds are handled by the merchant you bought from, through the same storefront. Open My Orders, tap the order, and request a refund — the merchant gets the request instantly.
Is my card data safe?+
Payments are processed through PCI-DSS compliant payment providers. FleetVend never stores your full card details.
